We entered the CNC field since 2006. The origin of this decision is that we had developed another product and a special small part needed complex machining process. The machining work was of small qty but complex that all machining suppliers outside refused us or just gave high quotation that we could not afford. I think this will be some reason that customers need our CNC products too. So we started the idea of retrofiting a small benchtop CNC to do the machining by ourselves. Firstly we converted a CNC based on a benchtop mill well known as SX3 as many hobbies did. After that we kept learning CNC technologies and did many R&D projects for customers. During this period we learn fast and gathered many experiences and resources in CNC field. Our work entered every aspects of the complete CNC machine, including: Structure Design and Analysis Precision Parts Development CNC Accessory Development Casting Material and Mold Machining Process Sheet Metal Design and Building CNC Machine Assembling Process and Accuracy Control CNC Electric System Engineering including: CNC Controller Development BLDC Motor Driver Development Stepper/Servo Driver Development We had experienced some OEM factories. The quality had been hard to control. So after we finished some successful R&D projects we decided to build our CNC machines on ourown to get most control of the building process and to express our ideas most freely together with good cost/quality control. So we started to set up our resources from 2011 and now we have everything needed to build ourown CNC machines. We are not a big company with nice work conditions. But our various experiences and resources in this field make us prepared to enter the market and build CNCs right. Based on our resource, we can accept CNC OEM/ODM projects too. No matter big or small project we will try to serve best. We will be happy to provide solutions to customer needs. This is another way we keep growing.
